This ultimate budget Kruger National Park safari is designed for those guests who would like to experience a safari to the world-renowned Kruger National Park while traveling on a budget. Guided open-vehicle game drives and a visit to the Panorama Route make this the best-budget tour.
Following an early wake-up call, there will be time for tea or coffee and rusks before departing for a full-day (6:00am to 3:30pm) open vehicle safari drive. Brunch is included along the route, and your guide will also stop so you can purchase refreshments during the day.
Following breakfast at the lodge, embark on an extensive exploration of the Panorama Route, renowned for hosting the world's third-largest canyon and the largest vegetated canyon. This comprehensive 8-hour tour unveils iconic sites including Gods Window, Bourkes Luck Potholes, the magnificent Blyde River Canyon, Three Rondavels, Graskop, Pilgrims Rest, and various mesmerizing waterfalls dotting the route.
During the tour, lunch is not included and will be at your own expense, allowing flexibility to savor a meal at one of the numerous stops along this scenic trail of wonders.
Upon concluding a day brimming with breathtaking landscapes, return to the lodge where a refreshing cold beverage welcomes your arrival. Later, indulge in a delightful dinner as you unwind and recount the day's remarkable adventures amidst the natural splendor of the Panorama Route.
You wake up early again and depart on an optional sunrise safari drive in the open safari vehicle.
Alternatively, you can enjoy the morning at the lodge before departing from Hazyview at noon for your return transfer to Johannesburg. You will arrive at Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport between 5:00pm and 6:00pm.
