Pakaya which means “Home” in the local Matumbi language, is the theme for the 20 Room hotel meant to be a home away from home. The hotel is situated on an elevation which gives all 20 Rooms a magnificant view of the Indian Ocean, while the Restaurant and Bar are lower on the beach. The hotel is located a few hundred metres from the town market and town hall. One should expect an international service and cuisine including a continental breakfast. The hotel has a friendly relationship with local fishermen which guarantees the availability of fresh seafood on a daily basis.
