The guest and holiday house St. Carolus opened its doors in 2017. It is at the foot of Mount Meru, surrounded by a large expanse of gardens. It is within walking distance of Lake Duluti, which offers great leisure facilities, and the centre of Tengeru. The house is quiet, but very conveniently positioned on the connecting road from Kilimanjaro Airport and Arusha. The airport is about 30 minutes away; the city of Arusha and the Arusha National Park can be reached in approximately 20 minutes. In addition to guests interested in coming for tourism, it is also ideal for people who simply want to escape from the hustle of everyday life. The cloister and chapel provide an area for peace and reflection.
