Lengwe National Park lies in the Lower Shire Valley and marks the northernmost range of the beautiful nyala antelope. Its thickets and dry woodland shelter nyala, kudu, bushbuck, buffalo, warthog and abundant birdlife, best viewed from waterhole hides in the dry season.
