Ndiael Bird Reserve, Senegal
Ndiael Bird Reserve is a Ramsar-listed wetland in the lower Senegal River delta near Djoudj, where seasonal floodplains, marshes and ponds attract flamingos, pelicans, ducks, waders and thousands of migratory waterbirds, making it a valued companion site to the neighbouring Djoudj sanctuary.
