Coin de Mire, or Gunner's Quoin, is a striking wedge-shaped islet off the northern coast of Mauritius designated as a nature reserve, sheltering nesting seabirds and rare native plants on its cliffs; landing is restricted, and it is usually admired from boat trips crossing to the northern islands.
