Chobe National Park — Entry Fees & Practical Info

Chobe National Park in northern Botswana is famous for having one of the largest elephant populations in Africa, estimated at over 50,000. Centred on the life-giving Chobe River, it draws huge concentrations of elephants, buffalo, hippos and predators, especially in the dry season. Sunset boat cruises and game drives through the Serondela riverfront and Savuti marsh make it one of the continent's premier safari destinations.
