Camdeboo National Park — Entry Fees & Practical Info

Camdeboo National Park almost entirely surrounds the historic town of Graaff-Reinet in the Great Karoo. Its centrepiece is the Valley of Desolation, a dramatic amphitheatre of towering dolerite columns formed over millions of years. The park protects Karoo plains dwellers such as kudu, springbok, black wildebeest and Cape buffalo, and rewards visitors with spectacular sunset viewpoints and hiking trails.
